A new tool for electrical guitar practise.  Moving into looper that can create multiple guitars playing effect. Tried with Eric Clapton- Wonderful tonight with two guitars playing a slightly different chorus. Looks cool and make listening to own mistake much easy!

JamMan Express by Digitech probably a most basic to operate looper.  Base loop can be more than minutes with multiple overdubs.  Stepping switch response is quite accurate. The only drawback is the power supply is not included in the box. 

One step further for a more emotional expression of life via smooth rock!

After 2 years of extensive use of Gear 2. New Gear S2 has launched and after skipping 1 version. Finally I have decided to have the Gear S2.  Partly also due to the problem of Gear 2 where the charging adaptor is not sensitive after 2 years.

Gear S2 actually changed this with an update of Magnetic charging dock.  I quite like it as I can just put it on the dock and come back in an hour time closely for a full charge.

However there is really a strong different between the 2.  Plenty of differences and I would just like to point the 3 most “Like” features

Gear 2
1. Camera
2. Clip Buckle
3. Better battery life (easily 2 days)

Whereas Gear S2
1. Lots of choice of watch face
2. More usable apps
3. Rotating Bezel

Overall a clear “yes” to upgrade for myself.  

I have not been writing lately due to a precious gift from God in the last few months. From impossible to become possible.  With this Easter, both of them saying hi to all.  Who needs Batman and Superman when we are around.  Staring Jacobe and Abner.

As electrical guitar need an amp even for practise. I have decided to get an Acoustic guitar during this year end sales.  I got the Ibanez Talman with huge discount.

The good news is not just the discount but also the size of the guitar is specifically designed like an electrical guitar.  So that I can practise anywhere away from home studio with ease.

As my Jabra “Move” come to an early retirement.  I have been looking for a replacement for a on the ear headphone for sometimes.  My 1st criteria is wireless with more freedom while listening to music.

After weeks of searching around the market.  I finally decided a recommendation by Whathifi.com award winner.  Well, you may bet this must be at crazy price.  However, if go by wired option, it is still under 80 dollar. I decided it is time for me to reconsider a wired option due to weak RM that caused a lot of things much expensive.

On ear for first time with Madonna’s Holiday.  Clean and heavy bass delivered by Y50 were my first shock.  But when i switched to Eric Clapton’s Wonderful tonight.   Clean mid range and vocal from Y50 are the critical feature of this headphone.  As most bass oriented headphones are hard to deliver a good treble and mid range details.

As of treble, playing Purple rain by Prince experienced 80% high pitches or electrical guitar.  Possibly that’s the set back of a bass oriented headphone on treble.  But for a headphones that under 80 dollar to me is great value and outperformed.

Y50 also terrific for Soul, Blues and Jazz music so which are at the lower tones of the band.  I like to get things from IT-Mart because you can still bargain with them for discount.

A great headphones for a busy life. Music is definitely part of a good lifestyle for anyone.  

Thankful to a few passionate gentlemen lead me to my first entrance to this world.  Rosewood focused Ibanez RG series.  With amp, picker, strap and a tuner.  Tend to be a good tool for starter with blues focus. 

The body of the guitar is unfurnished.  The 10 Watt amp just good enough for room.  Although there are still few functions crucial to electoral guitar is not available. 

Continuing with the my smoky bias desire.  I have my 1st Laphroaig Quarter Cask.  I like their way as they leased me a plot of land (one square foot) for lifetime.  Basically a good business idea to keep your fans on your brand.

The guidelines are sparkling gold on eye; burning embers of peat with hints of coconut, gorse and heather; heavy smoking taste with a sense of sweetness and really long after taste with spice.  I just love the burning smoky favour with spice.  Immense, massive and satisfying.

I am not sure if there is a copy right issue.  But I like this design and very localised brand for all Malaysia.  The shop is located at Sunway Pyramid and they have a lot of designs from local artist. A great start and I support it!

I like smooth or sentimental rock since a teenager.  As moving towards more second half of life.    The passion reborn and my 1st class will be on next week!
