After dine in allowed, I visited one of mine favourite Taiwanese restaurant. Coincidently seen this beer. Of course crawing to taste the beer.
To the eye – Darker Yellow Gold with mild gas bubbles. To the nose very light mild malty aroma. To the tongue feel like pilsner but light spicy and hoppy, mild crispy and mild bitter. After taste feel cooling with also very light sour.
Overall a blonde like lager which is easy to drink and go with any food. But not too much character for Malaysian especially our food culture more intense. One quick note is white rice is used as ingredients.
