Bluetongue Premium Lager

20130329-232635.jpg

Bluetongue premium lager brewed in NSW Australia. Stated triple hopped on the cover for aroma and finish. Yes, probably the most aromatic or bold beer ever tried of all for the last 7 days. Before drink, a bold smell of hop is obvious.

It is hoppy feel but taste barely bitter. Light bubbles. Green bottled always tend to be hoppy taste like the European beers but it is smooth and no skunky taste.

Miller – Genuine Draft

Light yellow gold cold filtered beer. Another detailed light beer with rich malty, barely and hops taste. Tend to taste more malty without bitter feel. Very similar to those tasted in pass few days. Kind of OEM feel like all from same brewer. However, it is smooth, malty and very adaptive. Again probably Australia got very hot days during summer and draft beer is very suitable during this season.

Beez Neez Wheat beer

Another wheat beer hand crafted brewed with pale malted wheat, barley, with pure light amber honey. Light gold colour dry off all sugars. Taste more like conventional wheat beer with honey taste that without sugar. One thing in common for all Australian brewers that all stated uses natural ingredients. A kind of experience for honey wheat.

James Boag’s of Tasmania

Premium Lager of Tasmania. Uses water from Esk river of Tasmania with finest ingredients. Greenish bottled, aromatic, bold and slightly hoppy. Slight bitter but the balance is just nice. Green bottled but won’t feel skunky. Smooth with medium crisp. Slight combination of malt and fruity taste. Every sip feel orange taste when at the middle of the throat. Light bubbles with 375 ML serving. It has all the characters of a good premium lager. Beside still carrying Aussie light beer uniqueness.

XXXX Summer Bright Lager

20130326-000009.jpg

Uses bright filtration to create ultimate low cal but full strength lager. Crystal clear appearance. Feel heavy malt taste with rich beer aroma. However still consider smooth a d light lager. An adaptive summer beer. Slight sour feel with heavy malty taste does has its own uniqueness.

Aussie Honey Wheat

First time seen it and first time try it. Honey Wheat introduced by the store. It does carry mild sweet taste with traditional beer taste with more malt and hops feel. Even it stated it is a wheat beer. But very Mils sweet taste of a full aroma and rich beer taste good from another angle. Less bubble and I do feel lite as well even alcohol reaching 4.5%.

Summer Dry Lager from NSW

20130324-004022.jpg

Clean yellow gold with mild bubble. Stated specially brewed for smooth, crisp and dry finished. With alcohol at 4.2 slightly more than roger but taste as it claimed. Very smooth and crisp with medium aroma. It is so cooling and refreshing. I wouldn’t know there are many good larger from Australia if not personally find it around WA. But both Roger and Summer Dry did not put the ingredients on it. Roger more aromatic and Summer more cooling and crisp. Both tend to be tender, crispy lite larger.
