Hacker Pschorr – Munchner Dunkel

Average bubbles with slight towards dark appearance. When drinking taste more towards strong malty taste with bitterness but pretty smooth. Slight vanilla taste and toasty.

Dunkel is a kind of dark larger produced in German in origin. It uses dark malt – Munich malt. Because of its techniques that produce the malt which left the malt slightly scorched.

I made a mistake in pouring Dunkel which many reference need to pour with certain bubbles form on top of the mug. A kind of way to release its protein and taste. We will try again if got another chance.
