Pure Chrysanthemum is not a kind of leaf tea but flower instead. Boiling around a minute. Said to be good for health. Personally I feel that my heart beat was calmed after the tasting the tea. Clear crystal Chrysanthemum aroma and mouth taste. It is very light but still have the Character of Chrysanthemum.

Appearance crystal gold with normal bubbles and fast disappeared. Good malty taste with aroma. However, light body and virtually non after taste experience. Alcohol around 3.6%. The good is its malty taste retained even it is light and not feel hoppy at all. However, the beer is just too light for me.

After 2-3 months of research and learning into 苶道.  I have got basic tools ready for tea making.   I am still in the process if learning more.  Collected some great tea leaves.  Tea drinking culture priority is to enjoy the meaning and process during the brew. Besides it also contribute good health.

Sekinchan derived its name from Mandarin means “Suitable to farm”. Around 90 KM from Petaling Jaya and 10 KM further from Kuala Selangor.

There is a temple near Mango farm. Two kids asked me to visit and guide me to the temple. It is nice especially if you climb up the pagoda with 3 floor level high. Viewing from the pagoda is probably good target for artist to do oil painting on the scene.

Bone of China tends to give smooth feel but retains original aroma of the tea. Purple clay tea cups added slight after taste while trying to retain the original taste. Reduction clay is adding a lot of kicks but reducing aroma of tea. Aged clay almost certain is for ripe Pu-erh or Liu Pao tea. We used Bing Dao and Osmanthus Oolong.

Chinese tea has a different health benefits compare to beer. In general it reduces high blood pressures, cholesterol and contains a lot of antioxidant.

A top type of tea categorized to White tea. According to some sources that it helps to improve heart health, liver health, eye health and skin health. It can be also used as anti aging and reduce heartiness of the body.

The appearance is clear with light yellow. Full of greenish aroma and taste fresh green bulk in the mouth. After taste is not strong but it is very smooth too. We like this tea especially in the morning.

Close to stern weisse. Dark appearance with fine bubbles. Smooth, aromatic, full body, little creamy with mild bitterness. Well balance natural beer just feel like freshly out from the brewer. So far the best among all Pschorr.

I seldom evaluate food. To be honest as the reason is too much good food in Malaysia. But tried this Swatow lane Ais Kacang brought to us by Penang One in Kota Damansara.

Tasted not too sweet as it is using Sarsi as sweetener. Peanut butter ice cream create full body feel over the mouth. Corn’s taste mixed with beans very satisfying. I like it very much.
