Many improvement from Gear and the trigger point of the purchase if for fitness training. I nearly bought a Nike version when I was in Japan but this Gear 2 has much to offered. I particular like the walking and cycling monitor. It helps to monitor both heart beat to ensure beat rate is not maximum with calories burner function.

It has a handy camera and also can be a small MP3 device while gym or training. Hooking up to a Bluetooth headset. It can dial a call, reply a msg with template or emotions. I have also tried its voice command where the voice is not as sexy as seri but pretty accurately captured my commands.

I like the function of the notifications. It really help me reduce the need to pull up my phone and just read short msg from the watch. I never wanted a watch for smart purpose beside of fitness. But not one stone kill two birds. Finally, it is pretty light weight. Loving it.

While walking by a fitness shop.  Both son and myself like this value tool.  We going to make full use of it.  We will show how a RM 200 below tool can help build us well. Come on Reds fans..

This time the temperature is a little warmer than usual.  While visiting loves one but also taking a short chance to stop by South Perth.  A tremendous beutiful view over the city.

Mild malt aroma.  Crispy and cooling with hoppy taste.  Mild malty after taste. Easy going and summer oriented beer.

It stated draft beer but I don’t think so.  It depends on which type of beer you compare.  If it is like Heineken then it consider draft. If it is Asahi I think it is deeper than it.

Yellow Gold in colour with fine bubbles.  European style Brewed with malty aroma and slight Hoppy after taste.  But it feel smooth and crispy.  Is a light version if a green bottle European style.

Brewed by San Miguel Vietnam as a pale lager.  Gold appearance with fast disappearing bubbles.   Pretty gassy with mild malt aroma.  Hoppy with slight bitter and cooling.  Mild malty after taste. Smooth but not draft.  Certainly West Europe or English Pale style. 

Thank you for my sister who brought this from Beijing for me.  Yanjing can be found periodically from some stores but not this 纯生.  11P with less than 4 degree.  Brewed with mineral waters, hops and malt.  Very crispy, malty aroma with hops taste but barely bitter.  Crystal gold appearance.  Glad to have this opportunity to re – taste such a great beer without the need to be in Beijing.

PS:  Excessive alcohol is not good for health.  Please don’t drink if driving.

Ever think of getting back to college time?  Coursera changes the landscape of education by offering many specialized courses as per your interest.  I have started using Coursera for more than months.  It has become part of my lifestyle that I can pick up more knowledge for myself in preparation for my second half journey.  Technology changes lifestyle in modern days.  At least for this for good reason.

Love in the first sight which I strongly believed is undervalued.  Sevenfriday watch from Swiss.   Surprisingly well finished with a naked design normally found in high end market.

Have added into our collection a week ago.  Jap movement with 24 hours indicator.  Soft leather strap with tank buckle.  A masterpiece design with character. Of course who don’t want everyday is a Friday!
