Also called live beer as it still has yeast, micro organism, or some refer to natural probatics from beer. Most commercial is pasteurized today as it needs a longer shelf life for today consumer market.

Unpasteurized beer… Taste indeed really crispy but do consist of moderate aroma of malt. It is not bitter at all even contains hops. Moderate to light taste but retain original beer Flavour. Appearance is clear gold and less bubble.

It leaves a crispy taste in the mouth and feel a bit dry. I mean really dry but not the term of dry beer. I have a bad stomach sometimes but Cass beer give a comfortable feel after drink. I pretty much like it as it is from a different perspective of taste. I raise its rank to second after Yian Jing.
