Very Crispy and aromatic. Light and refreshing with lower alcohol. Highly adaptive beer brewed by Little creatures of Frementle West Australia. After half bottle tried, feel slight bitter taste. Astonishing smooth refreshing beer! Nice tasting season from Perth.

Paulaner Hefe Weisbier
Fine bubbles with cloudy dark gold appearance. Rich malty taste with a little creamy feel. Wheat and hop taste but won’t taste bitter. Between wheat beer and dry beer. The unique of the beer is its unfiltered style and you can feel natural ingredients taste of malt, barley, wheat and hop in single taste. Well defined unfiltered wheat beer. A little skunky when first smell. May be exposed to too much heat and light during logistics. That’s what I learn from other sources. Very natural taste.
A taste of Singha
Scorpion Exhaust for Duke 200
Budweiser – King of beers
Erdinger Weisbier
Yellow gold appearance with very fine bubbles like foam. There is a smell but I can’t explain at the moment above the foam. Close to skunky and it is more heavy than that. Slightly bitter but almost can’t feel it. Wheat taste with slight vanilla On top. Light and very easy to adapt. Uses fine yeast on wheat, barely malt and hops. Unpasteurized with live taste of yeast. I am a firm lover of Unpasteurized beer
Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse
German brewed wheat beer. Very cloudy with dark yellow appearance. Lots of detail bubbles that stay pretty long after poured. First sip feel skunky follow up bold aroma of malt.
Feel sweet but is not actually sweet. Taste very original and smooth. Not watery as feel thick and creamy. No bitter taste and again the bubbles are so fine until finished the first round still full of bubbles. The bubbles has a purpose to retain the beer Flavour for a longer time in the cup after poured.
If you would like to drink an original Unpasteurized wheat beer. This is quite a nice choice.
Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier
Kronenbourg 1664 – Bubble King
Hoegaarden – Belgium Wheat Beer Unpasteurized
Appearance is cloudy light yellow. Tasted sweet with light sour, (not aure because of skunky) crisp, little orange Flavour, aromatic, another taste I cannot describe but is like natural beer in the wooden tank smell. Totally in contrast to Cass also as Unpasteurized beer. Very cooling and easy to drink. Definitely not dry and it left a orange taste after every sip.
As of this point, YianJing remained my 1st choice. 2nd is Cass and third is Hoegaarden.
